Supporting tradespeople as they keep doing essential work throughout changing restriction levels and risk environments has become paramount. That's why we want to share the great work being done by The Lighthouse Construction Industry charity. 

The Lighthouse Club is the only charity that is 100% dedicated to the physical, mental and financial wellbeing of construction workers and their families in the UK and Ireland.

Their mission is to ensure that no construction worker or family member of a construction worker feels alone in a crisis. To achieve this they’ve made available a variety of free resources for tradespeople across the UK.

Confidential support helpline

Lighthouse Club's 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline provides free and confidential support on a huge variety of physical, mental and wellbeing issues for all construction workers and their families.

Free mental health and wellbeing training

A crucial element of The Lighthouse Club's support for the industry is ensuring the widespread availability of free construction focussed training programmes.

These range from hour-long interactive wellbeing sessions through to the half day and full two-day MHFA England approved Mental Health First Aider courses.
